It is important that all patients have a positive experience during every visit. From the moment you walk into our clinic and are greeted by our Administrative Team, we want you to feel comfortable and welcome.

Your appointment time will be a special one-on-one with one of our dedicated Elanté Rejuvenation team members. We will always take the necessary time to discuss your beauty and skin care health, needs, and goals.

At Elanté Rejuvenation, we try to keep your visit as efficient as possible, ensuring that it starts on time and ends on time. We strive to follow up every visit so that you can provide us with your feedback on how we can further improve to meet the needs of ALL patients.

To help prepare for you appointment, we have listed some helpful tips to keep in mind:

• Arrive with a clean face, no makeup. Please be prepared, you may be asked to do a fresh cleanse as needed.
• Photos will be taken for the proper skin analysis and diagnosis. Please be courteous.
• For the body photos and analysis, you will be provided a change and privacy at the clinic.
• All the forms and photographic documentation are kept fully confidential unless given the consent to share or post.
• Plan to be at the clinic for one to two hours depending on the length of your appointment.
• We will try to accommodate the patients if they are running 10-15mins late and have informed us in advance.
• Wait times may vary, you will be contacted and informed if we are running behind.

• Make sure you are familiar with your medical history
• Be sure that you have a list of all your medications (even if you think they are not relevant, they very well might be), as well as a list of all of the over-the-counter products you use on your skin.
• Be sure you have a list of your medication allergies, as this can influence which medications may be prescribed to you during your visit.
• Consider bringing a list of medications that you have previously used to treat your skin, including prescription. And over the counter products regardless of their efficacy.
• We will do our best to make your visit as productive as possible. In order to adequately provide education for patients, while respecting the time constraints of others, you may occasionally have a return visit booked to thoroughly address any other skin questions you may have.
